Those who are Solution Aware know they have a problem and are motivated to explore solutions. They are investigating how to do it and are interested in finding what might work.
Case studies are a great way to nurture this group to show them that your solution works. Now, this customer stage is not a place to sell. Instead, you want to help them in their investigation of options. They probably have yet to learn about your product!
